What are the differences between Office 365 Business Premium and Office 365 Business Essentials packages

Microsoft has a series of Office 365 plans known as the “Business” editions. There are three options within Office 365 Business: Office 365 Business Premium, Office 365 Business, and Office 365 Business Essentials. They contain the most basic Office 365 features. This article will compare the differences between the Office 365 Business versions.

Office 365 Business

Office 365 Business allows you to use programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on your desktop computer, but it does not provide you with an email address. It is also the only plan that doesn’t include SharePoint, Skype for Business, Yammer, or Teams, so keep that in mind as well.

Office 365 Business Premium

The next level of Office 365 Business Premium offers a few more features than the Essentials plan. It has all the features of Business Essentials, but includes the full Office suite across all devices. Users have access to the services of Business Essentials but also the ability to install Office applications on 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 phones. This is the most popular Business Plan choice for small and medium sized businesses, and, like the other Business plans, can be combined with other packages for additional features.
